Mal Mauger is Sandvik’s VP for Service Operations based in Amsterdam. Mal has been a regular Life Of Mine guest and was actually the 1st ever video interview ever conducted in Life Of Mine history.

We had a great chat about what he has been up to in both Amsterdam and around the world for the past 3 years within Sandvik. Mal has spearheaded a digital transformation of Sandvik’s Parts and Service division and goes into what it’s all about within the chat.
